Rwanda -Playful homes

The program will focus on the uptake of play by parents and caregivers of children aged between 0 and 3.

Male and female caregivers from 1,200 households will be empowered, using a ‘training of trainers’ approach, to better integrate play in the developmental activities they conduct with their children so that they can achieve their developmental milestones by the age of three.

We want to detect both intended and/or unintended positive and negative changes of children’s social behavior and wellbeing. This will be measured and documented so that learnings can be used in other contexts.
